When does Notre Dame football play next? Here's a look at the 2024 game schedule

A new era of college football arrives in 2024, when the College Football Playoff expands to 12 teams and will feature home playoff games for a select few.

Making the playoffs just got a little easier, though it just got harder for Notre Dame to win a national championship, something it hasn't done since ... 1988.

Here's an early look at the 2024 Notre Dame football schedule, which still needs to officially add a 12th game/opponent. Army? In Yankee Stadium? It's still early in the process to determine what games will be played on what networks, and at what time of day. But Notre Dame likely will open the 2024 season at night in Kyle Field against Texas A&M. All games also will be played on Saturdays, as it should be in college football.
